Occupation: Originally Bellatrix did not plan to have a stable job, being happy enough to be married to a rich man. However as the Dark Lord rose to power and because of her high ranking position she was appointed as his minister for defence (if this works well or perhaps something to do with the Death Eaters or aurors or their equiavalent)

History:

Bellatrix was born the eldest daughter of her family which led to her to see her to be controlling both her sisters, she was always the leader in any of their childish games. When she started Hogwarts she became distant from both hers sisters. Andromeda in particular who when she later went to Hogwarts viewed her elder sister as cruel especially in her treatment of muggle borns. This was just made worse when Bella heard of her sisters sympathy for mudbloods making Bella label her as a blood traitor even before she had officially fled the family.
 
On the other hand to Narcissa being four years younger Bella always saw her as an annoying little girl. But by Narcissa's fifth year her little sister had grown up and they began to became closer as Narcissa grew up. Now while Narcissa may not always approve of her unrestrained nature they still care for each other dearly.
 
Bella always viewed her mother as an annoyance. Everything Belatrix did not want to be he mother represented, only being a wife and mother (in Bella's view anyway). These negative feelings only increased as she grew and her mother kept pestering her about marriage.
 
However her relationship with her father is the opposite. Bella had always admired him and wanted to be like him. This attitude made her participate in traditionally 'male' pursuits such as duelling. Her father for his part became proud of his daughter’s achievements in these areas seeing her as the closest he could get to a male heir.
 
At age eleven like all children she entered Hogwarts. Through out Hogwarts while she was intelligent she was not passionate about her education. She did little study in anything she was not interested or viewed as useful. Generally this led her to excel in more practical subjects.
 
Being a traditional Black many viewed her as arrogant and to those less than pure blood she was. She quickly found her niche in Slytherin with a group of those who shared her ideas. Rodolphus Lestrange was one of them. Among the many relationships she had at school he was one. In fact they dated more than once. In some ways it was serious and Rodolphus certainly viewed it that way. Not wanting to be tied down, at that point in her life she ended their relationship.
 
However her true passion became the pureblood cause. After hearing about the Death Eaters Bella became obsessed and determined to join them, even going so far as clipping articles out the Prophet every day. Her uncle Rosier (Evan Rosier's father) hearing about it introduced her to the Dark Lord. She was obsessed straight away determined to prove herself, which she did, finding her lace amongst the mostly male group. Though after only a few months her admiration for him became more than what she should have felt for her master.
 
Bella knows such feelings would never be reciprocated physically or emotionally. Recognising this fact she decided to marry. Remaining close to Rodolphus during this time having introduced him to the Dark Lord she began to pursue him. Being reasonably fond of him and him being everything she could want in a husband: loyal to the cause, pureblood, handsome, etc. She never grew to love him, but in some ways she does care for him.
 
As the years went by her position in the Death Eaters grew, by the time the Ministry began to fall behind the Death Eaters she was one of the Dark Lord's top followers. This power continued over the years and is still her main passion in life.

Personality:

In many ways Bella is a wild and passionate person. She holds nothing back in life. Expressing her views passionately and fighting for them if there is even a slight threat to them. This has lead many to label her as mad because she seems to not be able to control her emotions. Moreover she is fiercely loyal, but only to those who deserve it (who are very few). This leads her to be very close to only a few people but in reality she does not care less.
 
Bella lives her life to the extreme, like every day would be her last.  She is carefree and does whatever she wants to, the only thing that would stop her would be an order from her master. Furthermore she is extremely impatient and hates waiting around. She sees no reason to and as such prefers to take action.
 
She is sadistic and cruel. She takes pleasure in exercising her power over others and punishing those who deserve it. The fact that torturing others often assists her master just makes it even better.

It is Sunday the perfect morning to sleep in  and relax, the only day Bellatrix had a chance to sleep in. Call it karma or call it coincidence but whatever the case at around seven in the morning a loud noise sounds in the Lestrange bedroom. Letting out a series of curse words Bellatrix flings a pillow over head. She finds no ease in the loud alarm and out of sheer irritation Bellatrix digs her elbow into her husband sleeping form next to her. Yet not even a groan escapes him. Cursing yet again, this time at her husbands ability to sleep like a log.

Sliding her arm out from the under the warm of her quilt she seeks out the sound of her distress. Inching her hand towards her most vital instrument she finds the rose wood of her bed side table. Reaching further she finds a cup of cool water touch her fingers and then success,s the familiar thin piece of wood. She slides it close to herself and only peeking her eyes a little to aim she sends a jet of light to the offending clock she had enchanted the previous night. Then silence.

Sighing Bellatrix leans back against the pillow enjoying the silence. But that still not excuse the fact that she was awake early on a Sunday morning. Growling Bellatrix slides out of bed her feet hitting the cool floorboards. Grabbing her clothes for the day Bellatrix goes to the bathroom, still very frustration from her bad luck. Perhaps her mood could improve if she made her husband suffer too. Laughing Bellatrix prepares to get in the shower and get ready for the day.How would you like to see this character grow in-game? What are your plans with them, and why this character? 

To explore Bella's role in responding to any threat from any rebel forces. As well as interacting with most of the Death Eaters, her family (especilay Narcissa and Rodolphus) and probably the Dark Lord.
